All characters in the movie are assholes. It's only through each other that they create beautiful dynamic.
The other villains are getting their asses kicked by Billie Eilish so that Bob can live out his dream. You could call them the antagonists but what they are against is the lack of rationality in Billie Eilish. It's a love conquers all kind of message. The other villains have some very good points and they seem a bit above on the IQ level of Bob and Billie Eilish but I'm yet to figure them out as this is only the skeleton of the script. They all have something very good going but it is ruined and shat all over by love.
The message of the film is that love is beautiful but it can really ruin other good ideas. It's emotion beats intellect.

Billie seems suited for a cynical role. Maybe I envision her looking at the act of trying to help her friend be a hero is in a sort of sad pathetic regard of the world, where all seems bleak and hopeless but she drags her moves to make something that doesnt suck happen.
