Ok, after trying a bunch of different lines, this puzzle seems to rely on black blundering to make anything significant happen.
The safest line starts with bishop b5 but black has plenty of options.
I expect the "correct" line starts with rook x e6 and relies on black blundering with rook x rook. Aside from that I expect there are too many unforced moves to have a definitive solution.
And then in the actual game.... black blunders with rook x rook and then surrenders after white's next move. Unfortunately this is yet another flawed puzzle.
To clarify, white is ahead, and rook X e6 is the correct starting move. But winning from that point as white requires perfect play in a ridiculously complex situation that can turn around easily, since black has the initiative and white must respond perfectly to any number of viable moves that are not at all obvious. nightmare puzzle.
